The last time I was riding a bike was 10 ye… wait, it was 20 years ago. Wow, it sure feels strange to have something happen to me 20 years ago. Anyway, they say you never forget how to ride a bike and that’s quite right. I still take wide turns (and I do mean a full-trailer-truck wide turns!) but other than that, I’m OK and feel confident enough to be riding with my little one.
If you just got here the first time, a little background: in my last post our family was facing a big decision: whether or not we should get a second car. For a mix of health and wealth reasons the decision was that I should get a bike.
I don’t know about you, but I came to hate expensive purchases.

A bike sounds cool. but when you live in a very hot city (like mine), you’ll need extra sun protector and a LOT of cold water to drink. hehehe….anyway, nice post..

Thanks :) yea, it does get hot here, and the UV is really bad. I try to wear T-shirts with long sleeves, my arms get burnt easily.
